Everyone at the office was great. The front desk women were helpful, patient, and pleasant. The ladies in the back office were excellent! All of them were very professional, kind and explained everything to me. I love Dr Holt. I felt he was extremely knowagable, professional, and checked both eyes very well. I would highly recommend this doctor and office to anyone.

Dr.Eric Ferris is terrible! The building is gorgeous and staff kind, but this doctor ignored me and made me wait in the room for 20 minutes while he chatted outside my door with other staff about random stuff. He came in and barely spoke with me and then sat in silence after exam for five minutes while he typed up his notes. Also, the exam was rough and he is an unfeeling person. It was an uncomfortable and incredibly impersonal experience. Do not recommend him!

F.....ed my eyes up to the tune of 3800.00 after insurance. Told issues would be corrected at no additional cost but when I had to go back because if issues was told h ad another 120 due. My surgery didn't even last 6 months. What a joke organization. Seat and what for nothing. Dr. so busy can't even see patients in a timely manner. Sat in a room 35 minutes after all test were done and still nothing because scheduling is awful. Have eye Dr make a referral and they will call you back asap. Have issues and it will be 6 weeks before you get an appointment to sit and waste your time. Obviously your tone is not important to the outfit.

Caring, professional, years of experience with great attention to detail, with Doctor Holt the patients needs always come first he truly has great compassion for his patients I always feel safe and assured that my eye health is in great hands. Highly recommend.

Dr. Fox is the best! My husband, Al, had an excellent experience with his cataract surgery. He is a retired ophthalmologist who did many cataract surgeries during his 40 years of practice.

The nurses were efficient and friendly. Anesthesia provided by Kim was perfect for the surgery and she was very nice as well. Dr Fox is an excellent eye surgeon. I had minimal discomfort. I am one day post op and am feeling great. Eyesight is already improved.

What a experience such amazing feeling it is to see so clearly again. I recommend Dr fox and his staff such amazing people who truly care about the patients they care for.They answer all questions and explain everything in detail aboyt the surgery. They went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable about tcataract surgey i had today.im looking forward to have my other eye done in w weeks and I believe I'll see even better and clearer.thanks again icon eye care and Dr fox and staff for improving my vision .

I appreciate that they did multiple tests on my eyes and have technicians working there who, if they have any doubts, can call in a doctor to check out what is concerning. I am very impressed with the level of care I was shown. They left me with the feeling that I had a very thorough examination of my eyes and I would highly recommend ICON.
